Just mix all the ingredients together in a pitcher.

  • 1 whole, medium-sized pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 lemon (squeezed)

  • 150 grams muscovado sugar
  • 50 grams butter
  • Dark Rum

How to Make It:

1. In a pan, caramelize the muscovado sugar, star anise, and cinnamon.

2. Peel and cut the pineapples into small pieces. Add them to the pan together with the honey. Mix well.

3. Add the dark rum and mix everything again.

4. Once the flame disappears, add the orange and lemon juices. Bring everything to a boil.

5. Once the liquid reduces, add the butter.

6. Sprinkle with almonds or mint for decorations and for added flavor.
